Commission Reduction request
Please complete the form below to submit your commission reduction request. Advance Broker Consent Required. Sales Associate acknowledges that it is the commission policy of Group One Sotheby's International Realty (GOSIR) that advance written approval of the Principal Broker or Managing Broker is required for: (a) any listing taken with less than a full commission (3%); and (b) representation of a buyer with less than a full (3%) Buyer's Agent Commission.
NOTE: If permission is denied, or if advance approval is not requested, it is understood that any commission reduction accepted by a Sales Associate will come out of the Sales Associate's split, and GOSIR will be compensated at Closing based upon a full 3% listing-side commission, and full 3% buyer-side commission. BRAND MARKETING FEE: Regardless of any approval by GOSIR as checked below, the 6% Brand Marketing Fee will be calculated at 6% of the total commission shown on the CD. Also, if the Commission Reduction requested above, appears in the form of a “credit” to a buyer/seller on the CD, the Brand Marketing Fee must include 6% of that “credit” amount.
